Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact

Please note that certain items such as innerwear, accessories, or discounted products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or promotional reasons.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and a brief reason for return

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for pickup or return shipment

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to provide bank details for refund processing

  • For partial returns, only the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items sent by us

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered only for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Please contact our support team to initiate an exchange

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, or intimate apparel

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items

  • Customized or personalized products

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed and the return policy will apply
